  Make video calls easily to any inPerson or inPerson for PC. You can stay reachable just by simply sending out your inPerson inVite URL and engage in a video call instantly.
  
  
  
• PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network)
  
  Prefix for PSTN calling is 011.
  
  To make a call, dial <011><country code><area code><telephone number>
  
  For example, to call a US phone number +1 408 428 6600,
  dial 011 1 408 428 6600
  
  To check on PSTN credit balance, dial *00# follow by Call Button on inPerson device with PSTN service. Make inPerson calls to phones or mobiles to more than 20 countries.
  
  Supported destinations:
  • Fixed Line and Mobile: China, USA, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Fixed Line Only: UK, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
    
    
• MCU (Multi-point Control Unit Service)
  
  InPerson Conference with multiple parties from different locations all at once in the same video window.
  
  (A) For all 1000x accounts:
  Multi-party video conference (MCU): dial 9006
  
  (B) For all 1200x accounts:
  Multi-party video conference (MCU): dial 9005
  
  How to call MCU:
  
  Press SHOW MENU button, you will see CONTACTS button.
  
  Press CONTACTS button, you will see drop down contact list.
  
  Press UP/DOWN (^/v) key to scroll up/down to pick contact person for conference then press Send Invite or OK to start the MCU session with the party.
  
  To end the call with certain individual party, the host person will do the same step which is Press UP/DOWN (^/v) key to scroll up/down to pick contact person then press Send Invite or OK to end the MCU session of the certain party.
  
  To end the MCU session, simply press the call ON/OFF button.
  
  Note:
  • Multiple party calls for up to 4 participants concurrently video conferencing, plus up to 2 PSTN participants calling within the same video window.
  • Upload Bandwidth shall set at 256kbps.
  • Only the host person will be charged for time and he/she will have to logout other participants.
